Our Promise

Canaan Ridge Doodles was founded on the idea of promise — a promise of health, joy, integrity, and lifelong companionship. As one of the dedicated doodle breeders, our name draws inspiration from our heritage - the Land of Canaan, a place described in Scripture as a land of blessing, inheritance, and abundance. Just as that land was a gift meant to be cherished, we believe each of our doodle puppies is a gift entrusted to us to nurture with love and wisdom.


On our quiet ridge in Ohio, we raise our Goldendoodle puppies in a peaceful, natural environment where they are handled daily, properly socialized, and given the very best start. Our mission is to send families home with a dog who is not only well-raised and temperamentally sound, but a true blessing — a living promise of joy, connection, and unconditional love.

Willow Mae is the foundation of Canaan Ridge Doodles.  She is fully health tested and cleared through Embark Genetics as well as OFA clearances.  Willow's personality is one that everyone enjoys - she's friendly, fun but not too hyper, silly and has never met a stranger.  She's truly a momma's girl.  If you're interested in learning more about her, reach out using the form below.

As responsible doodle breeders, we ensure our Goldendoodle puppies are cleared using Embark Genetics DNA testing, along with OFA clearances for hips, elbows, patellas, and cardiac issues. This commitment helps us provide you with happy and healthy Doodle puppies for a lifetime.
